Helping Organizations

Below you’ll find a list of organizations dedicated to helping you on your journey. Through my own experience, I’ve come to recognize these organizations as helpful partners in personal transformation. I’m happy to share them with you. I’m sure that you will find them valuable.

Open Floor International

Open Floor is an embodied movement practice that brings clarity, groundedness, connection, and self-awareness to the mover. It is sometimes a lively, robust dance; other times a quiet, contemplative process. It is designed to connect us to ourselves, each other, a wider community, and our greater purpose. I am an Open Floor teacher and Therapy in Motion Facilitator.  Look for information on my Open Floor Victoria facebook page.
