Helping Organizations

Below you’ll find a list of organizations dedicated to helping you on your journey. Through my own experience, I’ve come to recognize these organizations as helpful partners in personal transformation. I’m happy to share them with you. I’m sure that you will find them valuable.

Open Floor International

Open Floor is an embodied movement practice that brings clarity, groundedness, connection, and self-awareness to the mover. It is sometimes a lively, robust dance; other times a quiet, contemplative process. It is designed to connect us to ourselves, each other, a wider community, and our greater purpose. Iyengar Yoga

Iyeangar yoga, founded by B.K.S. Iynegar, aims to transform the body, mind and spirit. In Victoria, regular classes are held at the Iyengar Yoga Centre. Check out their website to join a class taught by a certified Iyengar yoga instructor.

EMDR

EMDR helps create the connections between your brain’s memory networks, enabling your brain to process the traumatic memory in a very natural way.
